Troy has been serving the inspection needs of the north state since Spring of 1998.

Troy has deep family and community roots in the Redding/Cottonwood area.  He attended Evergreen Elementary and is a high school graduate of North Valley Baptist High School and a College Alumni of Simpson University.  He is married to his best friend and amazing wife of 20+ years and has two great kids.

Troy's inspection background began when he became interested in the real estate field and discovered what an inspector does.  It was the perfect fit for Troy and allowed him to use the knowledge he had gained working in general construction with an emphasis on plumbing and electrical.  

Troy studied and graduated from a home inspection course and has continued to grow his knowledge for the field ever since. Troy takes many continuing education courses/programs every year and has even completed his mold certification course.  Troy is an active member of ASHI - American Society of Home Inspectors.

Bradley Home Inspections serves the greater North State including Redding, Anderson, Shasta Lake City, Palo Cedro, Old Shasta, Burney, Shingletown, Weaverville, Lakehead, Dunsmuir, Mt. Shasta, Cottonwood and many other communities.  

Troy tries to always make time for those short escrows as he realizes the importance of a timely, clear home inspection.  We even offer weekend appointments.
